The video communications company normally offers free meetings for a maximum of 40 minutes, and unlimited meeting minutes only come with paid plans ranging from around $150-$200 per year. The announcement comes after the CDC updated its guidance on small gatherings during the holiday season, recommending people assess Covid-19 infections in their communities to determine whether to postpone, cancel or limit attendees at celebrations. ⁠
